How To Reduce Your Stress

Everyone in the world has a problem ..The problem that occurs because of problem with family, finances, education, friends, and so on.. If we have the problems, we cannot run away from problems because it will be more complicated and cause us stress.. 

I also have problems in my life .. If we have not tested with a problem, we will not learn about the meaning of life and patience.. it's right guy.. huhu.. Problems that occur will make us more mature and stronger to face the competition of life in out there. 

To reduces the stress, there are several ways all of you can do..:)

 1.  Prayer and zikr

   -   For Muslim, we are encourages to pray and zikr if have the problems..Zikr                        able to calm the restless soul from the problems. Performing Dhikirullah and                      praying make us closer to Allah s.w.t.. With zikr and praying, we might 
       get the hint from Allah to solve the problems..



                                                


    2. Exercises
      - We are able to do the activities that release stress..For example 
        biking, hiking, swimming, jogging, playing badminton with family 
        and friends and many more..
                         
    3. Think Positive                  
    -  When we have the problems, we must stay calm and think about the                                 causes of the problem.. we must think positive and do not act beyond                             expectation..

    4. Calm down
      -  Avoid getting too thinking about the problems that occur .. 
         Try to breathe deeply in and out slowly..When your emotions are 
         controlled, then a decision can be made..If emotional unstable,
         the decision may cause the new problems..

CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE

Assalamualaikum..




Today I want to share the chocolate cake recipe.. Why chocolate cake? haa .. because I very like to eat chocolate cake..hehehe..To me it easy to make chocolate cake .. the most important is the materials needed
  
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of cooking oil
  •  1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 3 eggs
          
      How to make it
  • Enter and add the sugar, cocoa powder, cooking oil, milk, sweet milk in a saucepan. Bake until all the dough mixture and cook evenly.
  • Before the sieve flour, baking soda and baking powder.
  • Beat eggs until fluffy and add the cocoa mixture. Mix well and add all the flour mixture.
  • After the above mix all ingredients until smooth and pour into a mold.
  •  You must close the last mold with aluminum foil.
  • Aluminum foil so that steam does not get used when steaming. Steam the cake for 45-60 minutes with a slow fire.
  • Remove the cake from the steamer and allow to cool before placing the topping on the cake later

    The ingredients to make the topping.

  • 150 g thickened / whipped cream
  • 150 g cooking chocolate
  • 15 g butter
     




       The ways

  •  Mix cooking chocolate and thickened cream in a container. Heat until chocolate melts cuisine using the double boiling method.
  • Stir until smooth and then add the butter.
  • Let the mixture cool for a moment. When the mixture was warm, bulk chocolate ganache on the cake.
  •  Release slowly to all last chocolate evenly over top.

HOLIDAYS TO LANGKAWI

Assalamualaikum..

Good morning everyone.. I hope all of you happy this morning..hehehe...:)

When the semesta break, my friends and I went to trip to Langkawi, Kedah..There, we stay here for 3 days and 2 nights with a host family.

We visited some interesting places such as hot springs, Dataran Helang, Pantai Cenang, Makam Mahsuri, Geo Park and so on. The attractive places will enhance the tourist come to Malaysia..

At Pantai Cenang, so many foreign tourists who come to vacation there. Among the tourists from the West East, China, Indonesia, Australia, and many more .. The variety of activities that can be done like Banana boat, jet ski, party and so on..








We also holds the activities to clean up the nearby mosque..This activities is carried out to help the villagers in order to use the mosque..

HOW TO SPEND OUR TIME

Every people has their own unique ways to spend their times.. Some of them like to travel, recreation with family and friends, cooking, gardening and so on. I like to read the novel when I have a time and hear the music..hehehe..

Some of the activities that can be done to fill the leisure time is


  1. Sports
                             
                                   
           

      2.  Reading

          -  can improve our current knowledge
          -  read the novel, magazine, encyclopedia


                                                    

          3.  Cooking
             - able to learned the variety of recipes such as cakes, cookies,
                dishes and many more.

EXPLORACE AT HUTAN SINTOK

Assalamualaikum..

Today I want to tell my experience when participating in explorace at Hutan Sintok. This program is organized by the Student Residential Hall MISC and participated by 30 participants. It starts at 9:00 am .

Before the program start, all participants are required to gather in front of the hall to be briefed by the head of the team. All participants are required to follow the instructions given because the forests that we entered quite dangerous and steep .

My friends and I feel so happy because this is the first time we entered into  the Hutan Sintok .... huhuhu.  In the beginning, our travel quite common and not so challenging. However, in the middle of the trip, we went through the relatively smooth..We had to be careful to avoid unwanted things .


Along the journey, we can see a lot of existing natural plants in the forest such as Tongkat Ali, Kacip Fatimah and others. After several hours of face crucial moments, we finally get to the destination ..

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

all of you already breakfast? 

For your knowledge, breakfast is very important because it gives us the energy to start the day with a cheerful .. therefore, we must eat breakfast, even just a piece of bread and a glass of milk .. 

A healthy lifestyle is a life practice of building where it can have a positive impact on the individual, the family and the community.Some examples of healthy lifestyle is like a balanced diet, physical activity, adequate sleep or rest, interactions with humans around, hygiene mental, physical and environment and more.


The importance of a healthy lifestyle

         For example, a healthy lifestyle is always beneficial to physical fitness. For                        example, by doing regular physical activity, a person 's life to become healthier
